Build a world-class digital team driving the digital transformation of Campari Germany while significantly contributing to brand building. Key Responsibilities & Activities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies to elevate brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, and content marketing.
  • Analyze data and insights to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Brand, Customer & Channel Managers, to ensure alignment and achieve shared goals.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to continuously improve campaigns and results.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies, ideally within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and German.
  • Passionate about social media and its role in building brands in the digital landscape.
