CoreWillSoft GmbH is in search of a skilled Project Management Specialist to lead our product development efforts. Our Agile teams, operating from various locations, are responsible for the comprehensive software development lifecycle, from conception through to the deployment and maintenance of physical access control software that manages multiple electronic locks across diverse radio protocols and RFID identification technologies.

Your Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and leading Agile teams.
  • Extensive background in product development.
  • A proven history of successfully delivering software products from inception to launch.
  • Capability to assess project requirements, identify dependencies and risks, and formulate strategies to meet project objectives within designated timelines.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Business English.
  • Familiarity with project development methodologies such as Agile, SCRUM, or Kanban.
  • Expertise in managing project scopes and objectives, engaging all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on continuous process enhancement.
  • Accountability for fostering customer and partner relationships.
  • Robust people management skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with IoT products related to building automation and physical access control.
  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of fundamental security principles.
  • Proficiency in the German language.
