Luxury Property Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at RAS Services GmbH. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of perfect.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to clients, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of client stays, including reservations, amenities, and activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and tailoring our services to meet their needs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in German and English languages
