Tower Sourcing Department Lead

MISSION STATEMENT:

As a strategic financial advisor, collaborate with the sourcing team to achieve Tower Sourcing department goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the performance of Tower Sourcing for the Quality Area, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as a business partner to the Sourcing function, specifically supporting the VP of Global Sourcing Tower.
  • Contribute to annual budget planning, forecast analysis, and risk/opportunity calculation, connecting with the group P&L.
  • Manage cost center controlling for Tower Quality, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Support deputy tasks within the Sourcing Controlling department.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, with a focus on financial analysis and planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP modules CO/MM/BI.
  • SQL and Power BI skills a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to comprehend complex data and develop structured solutions.
  • High reliability in deliverables, with a focus on timeliness and quality.
  • Pragmatic problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient spoken and written English skills.
