We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Partner Manager Working Student to join our dynamic team at ESL FACEIT Group. As a key member of our Partner Management Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the journey of esports and building strong relationships with our brand partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and documentation of brand partnership commitments, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Analyze and document brand partner sponsorships, creating comprehensive reports and presentations to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Research, ESL Shop, Marketing, Media Services, Social Media, Digital Platform, Product, and TV Production, to drive business success.

Requirements:
  • Enrolled in a university program studying Sports Management, Economics, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English, with German language skills a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a structured work style and attention to detail.
