Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on ecommerce, online lottery, and B2B.
  • Analyze ecommerce KPIs and market trends to identify growth opportunities and build strong business cases.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Actively network to identify opportunities, close deals, and negotiate partnerships, particularly in online advertising, affiliate programs, and B2B sales.
  • Collaborate across departments in a matrix organization to ensure unified strategy execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations (especially in online lottery), and competitor activities to guide strategy and decisions.

Your Profile

  • Prior experience in business development, strategy, or a similar role ideally within ecommerce, online marketing, or consulting.
  • Proficient in analyzing data, understanding ecommerce KPIs, and developing actionable business cases.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly conveying complex ideas to various audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trust, manage relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Full professional fluency in both German and English.
