Product Owner for Innovative AR Technologies

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Product Owner (all genders) to become an integral part of our team focused on our Augmented Reality product, Assist AR. This role will oversee product initiatives and report directly to the Director of Product Management. You will collaborate with two cross-functional engineering teams, providing a remarkable opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic, agile environment.

  • Act as the Product Owner within an Agile, Scrum team, guiding product initiatives from conception through to release in close partnership with the Product Manager.
  • Define and shape the product roadmap for our Augmented Reality offerings during the scrum process.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer within the team, translating their needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Collaborate end-to-end on new features with developers, UI/UX Designers, and fellow Product Owners.
  • Conduct analysis and classification of market and customer requirements.
  • Generate innovative ideas and strategies by actively gathering customer feedback, monitoring market trends, and performing competitive analysis.
  • Ensure the development team comprehends the objectives of product initiatives pertinent to them and fully supports these goals.
  • Manage the agile product development process and coordinate related workflows alongside Software Development, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Guarantee the technical feasibility and user-friendly design of planned features, ensuring they excite our customers.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, ideally with a background in Product Management, Software Development, or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong technical acumen, with prior coding experience in languages such as Unity C# being advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience in driving scrum and agile methodologies, particularly in Product Development.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
