We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Product Owner to join our innovative team focused on virtual testing with cutting-edge cloud technologies. As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing, and driving frameworks for cloud-based solutions, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and pioneering software solutions for the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Vision & Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine our product vision, creating a robust strategy for virtual testing platforms that align with market needs and business goals.
- Stakeholder & Requirement Management: Gather, analyze, and document detailed customer, internal, and external stakeholder requirements to drive product development.
- Agile Development & User Story Creation: Develop clear, actionable user stories that form the foundation for agile development. Ensure the development team fully understands these stories to deliver high-quality results.
- Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration: Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with other departments and stakeholders. Foster collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
- Backlog Management & Prioritization: Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring tasks are aligned with the overall product vision and business objectives.
- Customer Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Act as the key point of contact for customer communication. Gather feedback, translate it into actionable requirements, and ensure it drives product improvements.
- Decision-Making: Make strategic decisions on feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and product scope adjustments to align with business goals.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, automotive technology, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in IT, with a preference for experience in the automotive industry. Deep understanding of cloud technologies and CI/CD architectures is highly valued.
- Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of software development, cloud platforms, and automotive electronics/networking. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Agile Project Management: Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycles within an agile framework.
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate across teams. Strong decision-making, assertiveness, and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both German and English.
