Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Master's student to collaborate with our team on an exciting project in the field of Terminals and Distribution Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop mathematical models in operations research to solve real-world logistical problems
  • Work closely with our team and a supervising professor to design and implement a software solution
  • Integrate software programming to bring the solution to life
  • Present the results of the project to the team and supervisor
Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Strong knowledge of operations research, particularly mathematical programming
  • Proficiency in software programming, with experience in C++ or Java
  • Interest in future-oriented topics and environmental issues
  • Initial experience in project implementation is a plus
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Matriculation at a university or university of applied sciences in the region
  • Prospect of finding a supervising professor at your university
  • Duration of the project approximately 6 months
