About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Manager to join our team at Amazon TA. As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing process training for all our employees and team members on-site, ensuring that every employee has the necessary skills to work safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process training programs for employees and team members
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources department to ensure compliance with all training requirements
  • Design and deliver training materials and presentations
  • Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to employees
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to training programs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in learning and development, preferably in a logistics, manufacturing, or similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in adult education and training, as well as experience in teaching and leading courses
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
