Key Responsibilities

In the capacity of strategic and operational planning, you will work alongside the CCO and Head of EEP-V to shape E.ON's CCUS business, assisting senior executives in strategic planning, Mid Term Planning, and target setting, including OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). As part of organizational development, you will define the essential processes of the new EEP CCO division and establish the Program Director roles within this division. In program management, you will ensure alignment, resolve conflicts, manage interdependencies between EEP-V, D, and IQ projects, and actively engage in decision-making processes concerning project prioritization, growth, market positioning, and resource allocation. To achieve operational excellence, you will implement effective program management processes, tools, and guidelines, establishing standards for project reporting and communication while streamlining internal processes and decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide valuable insights and facilitate discussions on sensitive matters, serving as a sounding board for decision-making and stakeholder management.

Candidate Profile

A Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in startup environments, consulting, or project management, particularly within the industrial sector. Strong analytical capabilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire others. Adaptability, resilience, and a commitment to driving the success of new business initiatives. Proficiency in IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office). Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
