Key Responsibilities

In the capacity of strategic and operational planning, you will collaborate with the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of EEP-V to define E.ON's CCUS business strategy and assist senior leadership in strategic planning, Mid Term Planning, and goal setting, including OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). As part of organizational development, you will outline the essential processes for the new EEP CCO division and establish the roles of Program Directors within this division. In program management, you will ensure alignment, address conflicts, manage interdependencies between EEP-V, D, and IQ projects, and actively engage in decision-making processes concerning project prioritization, growth, market positioning, and resource allocation. To achieve operational excellence, you will implement effective program management processes, tools, and guidelines, define standards for project reporting and communication, and streamline internal processes and decision-making. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide valuable insights and serve as a sounding board for decision-making and stakeholder management, offering an unbiased perspective and facilitating discussions on sensitive matters.

Your Profile

Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in startup environments, consulting, or project management, particularly within the industrial sector. Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire others. Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for driving the success of new business initiatives. Proficient in IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office). Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
