Job Title: Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to coordinate the delivery of ordered goods using our 2-person teams. You will work in the afternoon between 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM to ensure customer satisfaction. Your main tasks include handling incoming and outgoing calls professionally, documenting all interactions, and prioritizing customer happiness. We value teamwork, communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
