Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Analyst to enhance our People Analytics Team. As Vinted expands with new offerings and locations, the necessity for informed decision-making through people data becomes increasingly vital.
In this role, your main responsibility will be to analyze and interpret data throughout the employee lifecycle, providing a comprehensive perspective from recruitment to alumni relations. You will have the chance to develop People analytics products from the ground up and influence the People Analytics function at Vinted. We are looking for a unique candidate who possesses a blend of HR expertise, proficiency in analytical tools, and the capability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Reporting to the People Analytics Lead, you will collaborate within a team dedicated to advancing people analytics at Vinted. Your work will involve data from various People systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Peakon, and others.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of People Analytics products and promote a data-driven culture
- Analyze business challenges and empower business leaders and the People team to convert them into data-supported solutions
- Manage dashboards and analyses that encompass the entire Employee Life Cycle (From Hire to Retire)
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives within the People team
Candidate Profile
- BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Expertise in HR
- Strong analytical, strategic, and narrative skills
- Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Looker, but Tableau and Power BI are also relevant
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to collaborate with stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Familiarity with Workday reporting is a plus
Desirable Skills
- Practical experience in statistics and advanced analysis, such as hypothesis testing, forecasting, predictions, sentiment analysis, etc.
- Knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (R, Python, Matlab, etc.)
- SQL proficiency
- App scripting in Google Sheets
