Position: SAP Learning Hub and Enable Now Specialist

Join our dynamic team at CITTI Märkte, where you will tackle a significant challenge in the region by facilitating the transition of a rapidly expanding group of companies, comprising around 10,000 employees, from a bespoke ERP system to SAP S/4 HANA. As a SAP Learning Hub and Enable Now Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our SAP training initiatives and ensuring effective learning scalability across a large, international organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the administration of the SAP Learning Hub, focusing on the planning, execution, and optimization of learning and development opportunities within the organization.
  • Facilitate the utilization of SAP Enable Now to create and deliver engaging learning content and support materials.
  • Coordinate training initiatives by collaborating with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement targeted educational programs.
  • Monitor and assess performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at all levels to establish training objectives and garner support for educational initiatives.
  • Assist in managing budgets and allocating resources for educational projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with SAP Learning Hub, SAP Enable Now, or comparable learning management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and implement educational programs effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate the success of training initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the capability to collaborate across various business units.
