Payroll and HR Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at PENNY. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for creating accurate and timely payroll reports for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll processing for a defined group of employees using SAP.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax, social security, and labor laws, as well as company policies and collective bargaining agreements.
- Provide expert advice to management, employees, and freelancers on payroll-related matters.
- Prepare and issue certificates and work certificates, and maintain employee data.
- Process employee absences and communicate with external authorities such as tax offices, social security agencies, and health insurance companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Recruiting Center, HR Partners, and Competence Center.
Requirements:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Knowledge of tax and social security law.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP HR.
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and a structured approach to work.
- Reliability, accuracy, and a high level of loyalty.
