Key ResponsibilitiesWhat We Are Looking For
As a Lead/Staff Product Designer, you will be instrumental in delivering design solutions, collaborating closely with engineers and product managers throughout the entire process, from discovery to implementation. In addition to enhancing our core product, you will also contribute to the development of visual assets for various launches and communications.
Your Role Will Include:
- Creating and delivering comprehensive product design solutions from inception to completion.
- Contributing to the establishment and upkeep of our Design System.
- Producing high-fidelity interfaces, including prototypes and documentation to ensure seamless engineering transitions.
- Effectively communicating project progress to stakeholders through written and verbal updates for alignment and feedback.
- Collaborating with the Growth team to conduct A/B testing and design experiments.
- Owning and delivering design solutions across our product spectrum.
- Extensive experience in designing visually appealing and user-friendly software products.
- Strong ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient understanding and practical experience in creating clear and simple visual designs and interactions.
- Expertise in conducting user testing and research sessions throughout the design lifecycle.
- Proficient in prototyping and preparing design hand-offs for engineering teams.
- Additional skills in illustration, video/audio editing, photography, or icon design are advantageous.
