About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Lead to join our product team at plancraft GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building up our data science team and designing our data warehouse.


Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead our data team in Hamburg, providing mentoring and leadership to junior team members.
  • Design and develop our data warehouse, ensuring seamless integration with our go-to-market and product teams.
  • Plan and organize data-driven initiatives, driving business growth and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement ETL & ELT processes, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data modeling and management, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.

About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with +5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Data Science. Your technical skills should include proficiency in tools like Airflow, Apache Spark, and cloud services like BigQuery. German (C1) and English (B2) language proficiency is a must.
