Job Summary:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of the RAN Site Integration & rollout, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records. This role involves daily status reporting, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and addressing integration blockers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and Open RAN technology.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily TI Status Reporting:

  • Provide daily TI status reports to management.
  • Manage and update the TI tracker/database regularly.


2. Coordination with Zonal TI Leads:

  • Coordinate with all Zonal TI leads to ensure a smooth RAN TI rollout.
  • Address and resolve any integration blockers highlighted by Zonal TI leads, including issues related to software, applications, and cloud services.


3. Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Coordinate with RAN software development & lab team for 4G and 5G application software requirements.
  • Work with the Automation team to ensure smooth operations with the Zero touch provisioning platform and implement any necessary enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations teams for RAN TI-related activities and requirements.


4. Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records of site configurations, integration processes, and test results for future reference and audits.
  • Coordinate with the OSS team to resolve site inventory-related issues.


5. Monthly Updates:

  • Provide monthly updates on all TI activities in the organisation central repository


6. Interface Management:

  • Act as an interface to address radio software and other RAN application-related issues with the Lab and software development teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Telecommunications, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 08 years of experience in technical integration and RAN migration activities.
  • Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies
  • Proven experience in coordinating telecom infrastructure activities.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of Open RAN architecture and components.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide clear and concise status reports to management.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving Ran Site Integration blockers.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and address issues related to site configurations and RAN applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very good language skills in German and English, spoken and written
