About the Role

Celonis is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the technical onboarding process for enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration with our platform.
  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement technical solutions that meet customer needs, leveraging your expertise in cloud architecture and data pipelines.
  • Integration and Interoperability: Establish real-time integrations with customer source systems via APIs and internal integration tools, ensuring seamless data exchange.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on authentication, user/group management, and provisioning solutions for our platform, ensuring secure and efficient access.
  • Technical Innovation: Contribute to the development of best practices and blueprints that empower our entire ecosystem, driving innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in project management with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern tech stacks, including REST/SOAP API Management, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Python, Agile, and more.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL processes for large data volumes.
  • Security Awareness: Knowledge of security and compliance topics relevant to enterprise applications.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical knowledge into accessible terms for a wider audience.
  • Cloud Platform: Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in both English and German.
