Job Summary

We're seeking an Intern/Working Student to join our P&C Academy team. As a key member of our team, you'll support the Senior Program Manager in organizing and delivering training programs, webinars, and e-learning initiatives. Your responsibilities will include coordinating operational activities, preparing training materials, and maintaining our intranet page.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Program Manager in organizing and delivering training programs, webinars, and e-learning initiatives
  • Coordinate operational activities with OEs on a global level to support the delivery of programs
  • Prepare all hardware and software required to deliver training programs
  • Attend training programs to provide logistical support (up to a week at a time, located in the Munich area)
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding the procurement of training materials
  • Maintain and update the P&C Academy intranet page

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a related field of study (such as business administration or similar)
  • Strong English language skills (knowledge of additional languages is also helpful)
  • At least one year's work experience in a corporate environment
  • Proficient in the use of software, Microsoft Office Suite tools (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based programs)
  • Proactive mindset, good attention to detail, and a sense of academic rigor and willingness to work independently
