Business Development Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team at Westwing Group SE. As a key member of our Business Development & Program Management department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and driving our strategic priorities in People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement key improvement initiatives in alignment with our Chief People Officer.
- Work on analytical and operational tasks, taking on responsibility from day one.
- Support the creation and monitoring of relevant HR KPIs and derive insights to inform business decisions.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests, including analyses and reports, to stay on top of current HR developments.
- Degree in business administration, management, psychology, or a comparable course of study.
- Initial practical experience in the form of internships is desirable.
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills.
- Independent, responsible, and structured work style.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
