About the Role
Olympus is seeking a highly skilled Service Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Medical Service Business Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 standard and Technical Service Global Guidelines (TSGG).
Key Responsibilities
- Translate new TSGG requirements into necessary improvements and support implementation
- Perform quality audits in Field Service at Olympus subsidiaries
- Create quality audit reports, define remedial actions and follow-up with audited Olympus subsidiaries on action closure
- Work actively together with the counterparts from Olympus subsidiaries and foster compliance with standards
- Provide trainings to MSBU team on TSGG requirements
- Advise the field service in questions with respect to service quality
- Provide support on the implementation of service guidelines in field and project activities
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & establish standards
- Manage the current tool used for self-assessments (iAuditor) which are performed by Olympus subsidiaries
- Administer iAuditor tool and act as contact person for internal and external partners
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration or similar with technical focus
- Certified Quality Management Auditor
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
- Knowledge about TSGG requirements is beneficial, but not mandatory
- Effective collaborator & good team player
- Analytical thinker & structured decision-maker
- Clear & concise written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to present information in a structured way to audiences of varied technical levels
- Experience in international & cross-cultural collaboration
- Interest to provide trainings to others & share knowledge
- Professional & considerate appearance
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
