Are you a driven Project Leader with expertise in Supply & Equipment Technology? Ingenieurgesellschaft Klaus Drücke is seeking a talented individual to lead and manage exciting projects within this dynamic field.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the development, conception, planning, and execution of innovative projects. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Project Leadership: Independently oversee projects related to Supply & Equipment Technology from initiation to successful completion.
  • Strategic Planning: Design comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Team Coordination: Effectively manage and motivate project teams, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Proactively monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects adhere to the highest technical requirements and quality standards within the Supply & Equipment Technology domain.

To excel in this position, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning HLS systems.
  • A degree in Energy, Plant, or Supply Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills and a strong understanding of cost and responsibility management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within teams and with external stakeholders.
