Übernahme einer Führungsrolle im Finanzbereich

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzexperten, der unsere strategische Entwicklung unterstützen und unsere Finanzprozesse weiterentwickeln möchte.

Aufgaben:
  • Strategische Beratung der Geschäftsführung und Unterstützung bei wichtigen Finanzentscheidungen
  • Erstellung von Budgetplänen und kaufmännische Analysen zur Unterstützung strategischer Entscheidungen
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung
  • Aufbereitung und Darstellung von Performance-KPIs und Erstellung von Forecasts
  • Identifizierung von Kosteneinsparungspotenzialen und Möglichkeiten zur Effizienzsteigerung
  • Kooperation mit der Controlling-Abteilung von Bertelsmann zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen PMI-Prozesses
  • Maßgebliche Beteiligung an der Optimierung des Bereichs Finance & Controlling und Möglichkeit zur Umsetzung eigener Ideen
Voraussetzungen:
  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder einem verwandten Studiengang, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finance / Controlling
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Finance-Bereich, vorzugsweise bei einem Start-Up, im Investmentbanking oder bei einer Unternehmensberatung
  • Erstklassige analytische Fähigkeiten und Expertise in der Analyse von KPIs
  • Sehr gute kaufmännische Kenntnisse und Fähigkeit, Businesspläne zu lesen und operative Planung mit finanziellen KPIs zusammenzubringen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Hands-on-Mentalität
