Deine Aufgaben als Senior Data Insights Analyst (m/w/d):

  • Du analysierst kontinuierlich unseren SaaS-B2B-Marktplatz, um datengetriebene Empfehlungen auszusprechen und Entscheidungen zur Verbesserung unserer Plattform zu treffen.
  • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:
    • Durchführung von Recherchen und A/B-Tests zur Generierung und Bewertung neuer Funktionen; Modellierung von Produkt- und Feature-Launches zur Bestimmung der optimalen Kundensegmentierung.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit Design und Produktmanagern zur Abbildung von User-Journeys und zur Erfassung von Nutzerbedürfnissen.
    • Aufbau und Monitoring von Dashboards für neue Funktionen und Team-KPIs; Etablierung von Baseline-Metriken zur Verbesserung bestehender Funktionen.
    • Präsentation von Schlüsselerkenntnissen an Kollegen aus dem Produktmanagement und Design.
    • Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklerteam zur Verbesserung unseres Daten-Stacks und Tracking-Fähigkeiten.

So stellen wir uns dich vor:

  • Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in einem quantitativ orientierten Fachgebiet (Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Mathematik, Statistik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder ähnliches).
  • Du bringst mindestens ein Jahr Erfahrung in der Produkt- oder Datenanalyse mit und hast Interesse an Produktentwicklung.
  • Du kannst geschäftliche Bedürfnisse in Datenanalyse-Anforderungen umwandeln und handlungsorientierte Erkenntnisse generieren und präsentieren.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Anwendung von SQL und bist motiviert, deine Fähigkeiten (LookML, Python) weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit Business-Intelligence-Software (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit A/B-Tests.
  • Du beherrschst Englisch fließend (Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil).
