Stellenbeschreibung In der Position als Business Development Intern bei Enpal übernimmst du eine zentrale Funktion in der Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Geschäftsfelder. Du arbeitest eng mit relevanten Partnern zusammen und bist verantwortlich für die Erkennung und Überprüfung von Marktchancen, die Entwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen sowie die Expansion neuer Geschäftseinheiten und Ausgründungen von Enpal. Deine Aufgaben sind vielfältig und umfassen Marktanalysen, strategische Planung, Produktinnovation, Management von Partnerschaften, sowie die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien - einschließlich der operativen Aufgaben, die damit verbunden sind. Als Mitglied des Business Development Teams erhältst du nicht nur tiefere Einblicke in Enpal und den Energiesektor, sondern hast auch die Möglichkeit, Teil eines hochqualifizierten Teams zu werden, das aus erfahrenen Unternehmern, Beratern und Venture Buildern besteht.

Qualifikationen

Du hast dein Bachelorstudium in einer wirtschafts- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin an einer renommierten Universität erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder befindest dich in der Übergangsphase zwischen Bachelor und Master und strebst ein 6-monatiges Praktikum an. Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen mit, beispielsweise durch Praktika oder ehrenamtliche Tätigkeiten. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge und zeichnest dich durch gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus. Du legst großen Wert auf Qualität und bringst ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit. Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift.
