Business Development Intern

Finoa is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Intern to join our growing team in Berlin and Porto.

As a key member of the Strategy and Growth Team, you will gain invaluable experience in the dynamic world of cryptocurrency asset management. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, contributing to the success of Finoa as one of Europe's leading platforms for institutional investors.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and analysis.
  • Support the development of compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales collateral to pitch our products/services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct outreach activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Assist in managing and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support business development initiatives and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Strategy and Growth Team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and maintaining documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings to enhance your understanding of business development strategies and best practices.

What We Look For:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is preferred but not required.
