Pump Repair and Upgrade Coordinator

Job Summary:

Flowserve is seeking a highly skilled and commercially experienced sales professional to join our team as an Applications Engineer Trainee. This role will be responsible for maintaining a strong business relationship with customers, working closely with Sales Engineers, suppliers, and other departments to meet delivery commitments for pump repairs, upgrades, and spare parts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in German or English
  • Follow up on cost estimates and offers
  • Post-process and translate repair findings reports
  • Identify customer requirements
  • Determine delivery times and monitor delivery dates
  • Order from internal and external suppliers
  • Organize machine transport to the service center
  • Support project preparation and pump repair and upgrade activities
  • Provide customer support in German and English
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Your Profile:

  • Technical studies (Bachelor or Master) or mechanical engineering technician (Techniker Maschinenbau), Bachelor Professional of Technical Management (Technischer Fachwirt oder Betriebswirt), no professional experience required
  • Fluency in written and spoken German
  • Good written and spoken English knowledge
  • Good computer skills in common MS Office applications
  • Strong and friendly communication and team skills
  • Independent and reliable worker
  • Affinity for both technical and office areas
  • Willingness to perform
  • Can-Do mentality
