Join the dynamic team at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA as a Customer Relationship Management Campaign Manager (all genders). In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the design and implementation of Email and SMS marketing initiatives across diverse global markets, ensuring customer engagement throughout their journey. You will play a key role in supporting various international stewardship programs, training teams worldwide, and enhancing both direct and indirect sales of seeds.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Email & SMS marketing strategies focusing on educational, informational, and promotional content tailored to the customer journey.
- Implement campaigns on a global scale while providing best practices and training for international teams.
- Create and manage campaigns and automation processes in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, alongside customer segmentation in Data Cloud / CDP.
- Establish lead capture processes and standardize nurturing campaigns.
- Prototype, analyze, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing methodologies.
- Utilize CRM and digital farming data to enhance customer retention and increase share of wallet.
Your Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing or economics.
- Extensive professional experience in CRM, Email Marketing, and automation, with a focus on segmentation and personalization.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Data Cloud is advantageous.
- Knowledge of performance marketing practices is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- An empathetic approach to understanding customer needs.
- A team-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for the latest trends in CRM & Automation.
- Highly motivated with a proactive work ethic and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
