(Junior) Technology Compliance Consultant - Financial Services (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
Are you ready to leverage your expertise in cybersecurity and information risk management systems to advise and support our clients? Here’s how you can contribute:

  • Analyze the IT and compliance requirements for financial services firms and provide guidance on their innovative, technology-driven implementation through effective, forward-looking processes, automation, and the use of IT tools.
  • Stay calm under pressure: unexpected events (such as disasters) won’t throw you off balance - you will develop appropriate business continuity and IT service continuity strategies and processes and implement them effectively.
  • Facilitate collaboration between financial institutions and their service providers, whether hyperscalers or other IT service providers, by designing sourcing strategies, shaping governance processes, and implementing comprehensive risk management.
  • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team, solving complex challenges, and taking on early responsibility in an international environment with renowned major players in the German financial services market.
Your Profile
  • You are a (Junior) Technology Compliance Consultant - Financial Services (m/f/d) with a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Natural Sciences, or Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable field of study.
  • You are interested in topics such as xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001 and information security management, business continuity management, and third-party risk management.
  • You work goal-oriented with high motivation and enthusiasm.
  • You think outside the box, pursue innovative ideas, and are interested in new technologies such as AI.
  • You are motivated to deepen your expertise through certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, ISO 27001).
  • You have an affinity for project management and a strong understanding of processes and their interconnections.
  • Ideally, you have theoretical or practical knowledge of common cybersecurity, GRC, or other tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira, etc.).
  • Fluent German and business-level English skills complete your profile.
