Lead IT Consultant - Governance, Risk & Compliance Technology (m/f/d)

As part of your team in the Lighthouse Germany division, the Center of Excellence for Data & Analytics, you will be integrated into an international network of technological experts. Leverage KPMG's expertise in business and regulatory issues and their implementation, while collaboratively solving complex operational and strategic challenges using modern methodologies and current technologies.

Your Responsibilities
If you approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, you will find ample opportunities to contribute:

  • Advise executives, including Security, Risk, and Compliance Officers, on the interplay of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concerning organizational, procedural, and technological aspects.
  • Independently develop and implement innovative authorization and security frameworks within the S/4HANA and SAP Security environments.
  • Assess security risks for clients and derive optimization measures, solutions, and recommendations for action.
  • Manage national and international client projects at the intersection of business and IT.
  • Redesign organizational structures and information systems, taking on (partial) project leadership during implementation and rollout.
Your Profile
  • You have successfully completed your studies in (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • You possess a minimum of two years of professional experience in the design, creation, and implementation of complex authorization and security frameworks in both SAP and non-SAP environments.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP and S/4HANA, particularly regarding SAP authorizations, is essential.
  • You have strong proficiency in both German and English.
  • Your confident demeanor and excellent communication skills set you apart.
