IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Completed degree or vocational training with further qualifications
  • Several years of experience in retail or initial leadership experience in a decentralized setting
  • Strong customer orientation, commercial awareness, adaptability, and resilience
  • Driven by sales and self-motivated
  • Commitment to business success and employee welfare

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete accountability for sales performance, costs, and inventory management within your area
  • Overall responsibility for all roles within the store team, promoting a collaborative management style
  • Initiation and execution of employee training and management of workforce planning
  • Implementation of sales strategies including team training initiatives
  • Management of inventory, product movements, and strategic planning
  • Conducting and overseeing relevant audit tasks
