- Communication Oversight: Assist our skilled team in managing customer interactions through various channels including phone, email, and messaging platforms, as well as handling bookings and reservations. Regular communication with partners is also part of your role.
- Content Development: Generate high-quality content for our French website, including camp descriptions and FAQs, while selecting appropriate visuals to enhance our online presence.
- Digital Marketing Coordination: Craft SEO-friendly content and ensure its upkeep. Independently manage the created materials within our internal systems and on Wordpress.
- Brand Development: Enhance our brand visibility among customers and potential recruits by aiding in the creation and management of social media content and analyzing its effectiveness.
- A passion for organization, intercultural communication, and teamwork
- Motivated to raise awareness of our offerings and brand
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to write creatively and concisely
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) is advantageous

- This internship is a mandatory component of your academic program, requiring a minimum commitment of 3 months
