Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled French-speaking Content Manager to join our Brand & Communications department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality French content across multiple channels to support the launch of our pet insurance vertical in France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Translate and write impactful and engaging copy for multiple channels, including landing pages, blog articles, social media posts, emails, and other assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Design/Creative, Research/CRO, and Product, to execute projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Handle and assign incoming content requests, ensuring quality assurance of editorial content.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve content quality and reach.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a relevant role as a copywriter, editor, and/or content manager.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and top-notch level of grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.
  • Very good organizational and communication skills to ensure a smooth workflow within the team and with other departments.
  • Experience in developing and implementing content strategies for Websites, Social Media, or E-Mail-Marketing.
  • Good knowledge of SEO best practices, experience in optimizing content for search engines, and tracking performance with tools such as GSC or Sistrix.
  • Experience in creating organic Social Media content, with a good understanding of Social Media market dynamics, including trends, best practices, and audience behavior.
  • Analytical skills and experience in understanding KPIs and using analytics tools to track content performance and interpret customer insights.
  • Native level in French and fluent in English in speech and writing.
