Content Marketing and Communication Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketing and Communication team as an Internship - French Content Marketing and Communication Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our experienced team with comprehensive customer communication, content creation, and digital marketing management.
Key Responsibilities- Communication Management: Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, and process bookings and reservations.
- Content Management: Create engaging content for our French website and online magazine, including camp descriptions, FAQs, and selecting visually appealing images.
- Digital Marketing Management: Develop SEO-optimized texts and maintain them, ensuring our online presence is strong and consistent.
- Branding Management: Support our team in creating and managing social media content, analyzing performance, and sharpening our brand identity.
- Fluency in French and English, with a strong sense of intercultural communication.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for organizing and creating engaging content.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus, but not required.
- Availability for a minimum of 3 months, with a willingness to develop new skills and take on new challenges.
