Eine umweltfreundliche Energiezukunft Communications Manager 80% (m/w/d) Rheinfelden (DE), Laufenburg (CH) / Teilzeit / Arbeiten von zuhause bis 40 % / unbefristet Das erwartet dich: - Beratung der Fachbereiche als Ansprech- und Sparringspartner bei internen und externen Kommunikationsfragen - Entwicklung von Kommunikationsstrategien und -konzepten mit dem thematischen Fokus auf erneuerbare Energieerzeugung - Steuerung interner und externer Kommunikationsaktivitäten - Redaktion und Qualitätssicherung von Unternehmensbotschaften über alle Kanäle hinweg - Steuerung komplexer Kommunikationsprojekte sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern - Leitung von verschiedenen Kommunikationsprojekten, inkl. Agentursteuerung - KPI-Steuerung und Identifikation von Weiterentwicklungspotenzialen der Kommunikation - Rollenübernahme im Corporate Newsroom als Themenmanager Du bringst mit: - Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Communication, PR oder im Journalismus - Strategisches Verständnis für integrierte Kommunikation, Markenführung und Positionierung - Souveräne Beratung von Management und (Fach-)Bereichen sowie exzellente, zielgruppenorientierte Text- und Storytelling-Kompetenz - Datenkompetenz bei der Analyse von Kommunikationskennzahlen und sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools für Recherche, Content-Produktion, Monitoring und Analyse - Offenheit für neue Technologien, Medienformate und digitale Arbeitsweisen - Eigenverantwortliches, ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten sowie Priorisierung in dynamischen Kontexten - Veränderungskompetenz, Growth Mindset und Wunsch nach Weiterentwicklung - Neugier, Empathie, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsfreude - Arbeitserfahrung in Corporate Newsrooms von Vorteil Das klingt jetzt schon gut für dich?
