With a dynamic, passionate team of professionals, we continue to lead in the ever-evolving blockchain space. Now, we’re expanding our Business Development team and looking for a motivated Business Development Expert to join us in forging new partnerships and driving major collaborations.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Expert who will help expand our partnerships and develop new opportunities to take Acria to the next level. If you’re driven, passionate about technology, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment, we want you to be part of our team. You will work alongside a highly skilled team of professionals in identifying strategic opportunities and forging partnerships with key stakeholders.

Tasks
  • Develop new partnerships and strategic collaborations to expand Acria’s business and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, including businesses, investors, and technology partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in growth strategies and business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in the blockchain and tech industry to seize new opportunities.
  • Represent Acria at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise the company’s profile.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with new and existing partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to define and execute Acria’s long-term business development strategy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, particularly within the tech or blockchain industry (preferred but not required).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas and strategies clearly.
  • A motivated, energetic attitude, with the drive to contribute to a fast-growing company.
  • A passion for blockchain technology and the desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Experience in identifying opportunities and leveraging them to drive business growth.
  • Self-starter mentality, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovative environment.
  • No formal educational requirements – we value your hands-on experience and ability to deliver results.
