LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE ASSOCIATE

Starting immediately, we are looking for a new colleague on a full-time basis (40 hours/week) for our modern office in Essen. If you are dedicated and ambitious, FPT is an excellent place to grow your career. Tasks Conduct research on the laws, regulations, and commercial practices of European countries (mainly countries where FPT Software Europe has presence) as required to support legal consultations. Involve in drafting, reviewing and advising commercial contracts in English (mainly) and German. Assist with the management of the FPT Software Europe company group’s licenses and permits, including updating business registrations as needed. Other tasks assigned by line manager.
