We are looking for a Legal Counsel (f/m/d) to join our E.ON Business Solutions GmbH team.

**Tasks**
- Provide legal support to E.ON’s Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business for B2B Customers in Germany and other European countries
- Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements relating to decentralized sustainable energy solutions (e.g. combined heat and power plants complexon-site electricity, heat, cooling, etc. solutions), energy efficiency and other sustainable solutions for E.ON’s B2B Customers
- Advise on and navigate the business through complex regulatory questions in the energy sector
- Provide hands-on operative legal support, supporting all legal matters relating to the development of new decentralized energy solutionsopportunities, their planning, construction and execution
- Advise on and support legal matters related to supply chain, project delivery, operation and maintenance and claim management

**Profile**
- German fully qualified lawyer (both state examinations above average) - experience with other European jurisdictions is beneficial
- Working experience in a commercial legal team in an international law firm or company
- Working experience in the energy sector - in particular experience with regulatory requirements - and the construction business
- Experience with digitization and IT law would be considered as a plus
- Strong legal and commercial understanding of the contractual, regulatory and risk profiles of the E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions Business
- Pragmatic and commercial solutions orientated - confident and credible in front of business and customers alike
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously while managing a varied and demanding work load under pressure
- Fluent in German and English, further EU language skills are an advantage
