Wir bei OPTITOOL GmbH entwickeln innovative Softwarelösungen für Tourenplanung, Logistik und Supply Chain Management. Unser Ziel ist es, komplexe Prozesse unserer Kunden digital, effizient und transparent zu gestalten. Damit Wissen in unserem Unternehmen ebenso effizient fließt wie unsere Softwarelösungen, suchen wir einen Knowledge Manager (m/w/d), der unser internes Wissensmanagement strategisch und operativ gestaltet. Aufgaben Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres internen Wissensmanagement-Systems (z. B. Wiki, Intranet, Datenbank, Dokumentenmanagement). Strukturierung und Dokumentation von Prozesswissen, Projekterfahrungen und technischen Informationen. Entwicklung von Richtlinien, Standards und Templates für Wissensdokumentation. Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung und Pflege von Wissensinhalten. Förderung einer aktiven Wissenskultur durch Schulungen, Workshops und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen. Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Entwicklung, Support und Marketing, um Wissen bereichsübergreifend nutzbar zu machen. Analyse bestehender Informationsflüsse und Entwicklung von Optimierungsvorschlägen. Monitoring von Wissensmanagement-Kennzahlen und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Wissensprozesse. Qualifikation Erfahrung im Wissens- oder Informationsmanagement, Prozessmanagement oder in einer ähnlichen Rolle. Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sicherer Umgang mit IT-Systemen, digitalen Tools und modernen Kollaborationsplattformen Technisches Verständnis für Datenstrukturen, Informationsflüsse und digitale Wissenssysteme Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationsgeschick und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Teams. Interesse an Digitalisierung, Prozessoptimierung und Unternehmenskultur. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
