This company is a leading provider of innovative propulsion systems and electrification solutions for the automotive industry. They are currently seeking a talented and experienced Cybersecurity Specialist with a focus on OT and IoT join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of cutting-edge security measures to protect our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating OT/IoT rules and frameworks to establish robust security guidelines.
- Developing OT and IoT security architectures, including technical work, timelines, and objectives.
- Project management, ensuring the successful implementation of security initiatives.
- Conducting IoT/OT audits and technical tests to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
- Analyzing security alerts and coordinating incident response protocols.
- Preparing incident reports to document and communicate security incidents effectively.
- Developing threat models to anticipate and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborating with stakeholders at different levels to develop risk management plans.

Technical Skills:

- Strong background in security architecture, capable of designing and implementing robust security measures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in OT security management.
- Fluency in German at C1 level.

Soft Skills:

- Experience with industry standards such as ISO 27001, IEC 62443/ISA 99, NIST, and CPNI Good Practice.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and a solid understanding of cloud security principles.
- Awareness of relevant certifications in the cybersecurity field, or a willingness to learn and obtain them.
