To help us take that to the next level, we’re hiring a Creative Team Lead (Global) to drive and orchestrate our content systems, production operations, and creative strategy across markets. Be part of our dream team Key Responsibilities Own the Global Creative Engine: Strategically lead and optimize our end-to-end creative operations, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, on-brand, and performance-ready content across all global platforms (Meta, Google, website, email, etc.). Scale Production for Hyper-Growth: Design and implement scalable content systems and workflows to significantly increase creative output across 14+ markets, balancing global brand consistency with local relevance and cultural nuances. Drive Creative Strategy & Evolution: Partner with the Head of Performance and other key stakeholders to evolve our visual identity and storytelling. You will champion new ideas, from large-scale seasonal campaigns and new product launches to agile, high-impact UGC formats. Lead & Mentor a High-Performing Team: Oversee a growing in-house team (including a Creative Director, Production Manager, Delivery Manager, and team of freelance designers and translators). You are responsible for their growth, efficiency, and day-to-day creative execution. Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary creative partner for teams across Performance Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations, ensuring all creative outputs are aligned with business objectives and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI). Innovate with Technology: Spearhead the adoption and integration of modern tools (e.g., AI, DAMs, and project management platforms) to make our content systems faster, more flexible, and more cost-effective. Requirements Creative Operations & Production Expertise You have 5+ years of experience in creative operations, content production, or a hybrid creative-strategic role, ideally within an e-commerce or consumer-facing brand. You are an expert at overseeing the end-to-end production of high-quality photo and video assets, from initial concept to final delivery. Strategic & Hands-On Leadership This role requires a leader who is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on doer. You're just as comfortable building scalable creative systems and setting long-term plans as you are reviewing scripts, sourcing creators, and QA'ing final designs. You will lead and mentor a team of designers, project managers, and freelancers to deliver exceptional creative work. Process-Oriented Problem-Solver You excel at structuring creative pipelines, triaging requests, and managing budgets. Your focus is on making creative production frictionless, fast, and effective, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Tool Savvy & Technical Acumen You are highly proficient with creative and project management tools, including the Figma, and platforms like Jira. You also have a strong understanding of how to leverage AI tools (e.g., Eleven Labs, Midjourney, Veo3, Nano Banana) and other modern production workflows to enhance efficiency. While you don't need to be a designer, you must speak the language of creative and production fluently. Localization Expertise You have a keen understanding of global and local market nuances. You know how to balance brand consistency with the need for culturally relevant, localized campaigns across different regions. Collaborative & People-Focused You are a strong collaborator with experience managing, mentoring, and inspiring creative talent. You can build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing and performance teams, to ensure alignment and drive results. Language Fluent in English (C1 level or above). Additional language skills are a significant plus.
