We're looking for a **Creative Team Lead** who will bring clarity, structure, and a compelling visual vision to our talented team. Reporting directly to Veronika, one of our co-founders, this role combines project management, creative direction, and team leadership to elevate Yepoda’s creative presence across all channels.

**What You'll Do**:

- Lead, mentor, and support a cross-functional team of graphic designers, art directors, motion designers, copywriters, and other creative roles, fostering collaboration and creative excellence.
- Own and optimize our design request system (Notion), effectively managing, prioritizing, and delegating tasks with clear deadlines.
- Coordinate creative resourcing, balancing speed, quality, and business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to develop tailored visual assets for various channels including e-commerce, offline activations, paid social, CRM, and packaging.
- Establish and evolve Yepoda’s creative team into an internal agency model serving all creative needs within the business.
- Contribute to brand campaigns, launches, and seasonal storytelling in partnership with marketing and brand teams.
- Champion clear briefing and feedback processes, ensuring alignment and clarity between stakeholders and the creative team.
- Stay ahead of design trends and proactively integrate relevant AI tools for efficiency and innovation.
- Occasionally jump in on design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite to support the team.
- Define and uphold a strong, consistent creative vision for the brand, inspiring innovative and culturally resonant work.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and proactive team environment.

**What You Bring**:

- 10+ years professional experience with at least 4-5 years leading a diverse creative team.
- Agency background with demonstrated experience in beauty, lifestyle, fashion, or food industries.
- Proven track record working with e-commerce and multi-channel brands.
- Exceptional visual taste and storytelling abilities, capable of guiding others towards outstanding creative work.
- Technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Notion.
- Experience in building and optimizing workflows within a creative environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, bringing clarity to complex projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Empathetic leader with a collaborative mindset and strong mentorship capabilities.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German or Korean is a bonus.
