Aufgaben

Für unser Headquarter in Berlin-Tempelhof suchen wir ab sofort einen verantwortungsbewussten und engagierten Mitarbeiter für die Position Operationsmanager.

Als Operationsmanager bist du für die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards in all unseren Restaurants verantwortlich.

Du bringst dein Fachwissen rund um Hygiene- und HACC-Protokolle ein und bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Storemanagern und unserem COO.

Zusammen mit der Geschäftsführung wertest du KPI´s aus und entwickelst Strategien zur Zielerreichung.

Du analysierst die Operationsprozesse und optimierst diese im Hinblick auf dein durchführbares Wachstum deutschland- und weltweit.

Qualifikation

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position sammeln können
  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Systemgastronomie oder eine gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
  • Eigenständiges Denken und Arbeiten sind selbstverständlich für dich - nach deiner umfangreichen Einarbeitung weißt du selbst was zu tun ist
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit runden dein Profil ab - du weißt wann und wo du gebraucht wirst
  • Du hast eine analytische Denkweise - dich in neue Prozesse reinzudenken fällt dir leicht
  • Du bist zeitlich flexibel und hast Spaß daran über den Tellerrand hinaus ein echter Zugewinn für unser Team zu sein
  • Du hast mindestens gute Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
