Wir wachsen stark – organisch, community-getrieben und mit einer klaren Vision: Deputy Department in den nächsten Jahren zu einer internationalen Marke mit skalierbarem, datengetriebenem E-Commerce-Setup auszubauen. Dafür suchen wir ab Februar 2026 einen erfahrenen Growth & Performance Marketing Manager, der unsere Paid- und CRM-Struktur von Grund auf aufbaut, führt und skaliert. Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für alle Paid- und Retention-Kanäle bei Deputy Department. Das heißt: du analysierst, planst, steuerst und skalierst unsere Performance-Systeme – von Paid Social über E-Mail-Flows bis zu Creative-Feedback-Schleifen. Konkret bedeutet das: Du entwickelst unsere Paid-Media-Strategie (Meta, TikTok, Google, ggf. Pinterest) und setzt sie gemeinsam mit unserem Team um. Du steuerst und evaluierst Agenturen oder Freelancer, baust gleichzeitig interne Strukturen für nachhaltiges Scaling auf. Du entwickelst Creative-Briefings, arbeitest eng mit unserem Creative-Team an Ad-Formaten, Hooks und Testing-Strukturen. Du verantwortest unsere E-Mail- und CRM-Flows (Klaviyo), baust Automatisierungen und Segmentierungen auf. Du etablierst ein Performance-Reporting, verstehst MER, CAC, LTV und kannst datenbasiert Entscheidungen treffen. Du planst, führst und entwickelst das wachsende Growth-Team. Qualifikation 5+ Jahre Erfahrung im Performance- oder Growth-Marketing (idealerweise DTC, Fashion, Lifestyle oder E-Commerce). Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Skalierung von Paid-Kanälen mit signifikanten Budgets. Tiefes Verständnis für Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA4 und Creative-Testing-Prozesse. Strategisches Denken mit Hands-on-Mentalität – du kannst Strukturen aufbauen und trotzdem operativ anpacken, wenn’s nötig ist Analytisch stark, aber mit Gespür für Ästhetik, Marke und Kultur.
