HEGGEL GmbH, a leading company active in the field of industrial protective coating systems, executive office in Düsseldorf- Germany is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Corrosion Protection Industry to lead our team of sales engineers.

Marketing & Sales Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales engineers and distributors
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through innovative and proven methods in B2B sales management
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and presentations, visit customers/sites, negotiate contracts and close deals, leveraging experience, excellent communication, negotiation, know-how and presentation skills.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure seamless sales and support as well as customer satisfaction.
  • Provide up-to-date insights on market trends and competition in corrosion protection industry globally

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in polymer engineering, material science, chemical engineering or a business discipline (marketing, management). A master's degree is beneficial.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales management, preferably in industrial coatings or chemicals.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Analytical, creative and organizational abilities, including planning promotional campaigns, negotiating contracts and directing marketing staff.
  • Existing network in the corrosion protection industry is advantageous.

Remuneration

  • €90 000 – € OTE (On‑Target Earnings), including performance bonus of roughly 15–25 % of earnings.
