INNER CIRCLE AGENCY IS A GERMANY AND SPAIN BASED MANAGEMENT, BOOKING & EVENT AGENCY REPRESENTING DJS, PRODUCERS & LIVE ACTS AROUND THE GLOBE.

COVERING ARTISTS & EVENTS FROM A WIDE RANGE THROUGHOUT THE INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL ELECTRONIC MUSIC SCENE, MUSIC LOVERS FROM HOUSE TO TECHNO WILL FIND THEIR RESPECTIVE STYLE WITHIN THE ICA FAMILY.

With expertise in communication, marketing, event production & talent management, we support our artists by transforming their dreams & ideas into reality.

With a variety of past events ranging from concerts and ambient live acts, over house and tech-house events to techno raves and own showcases in highly ranked and legendary clubs throughout Germany & across Europe, ICA has built itself a strong reputation.

With this quality of promotion & feedback, it is now our mission to develop our artists & provide them with everything they need to evolve their musical fingerprint & succeed in the music industry.

Tasks

As a booking agent, you will schedule appearances or performances for for our artists. Your job duties are to negotiate and review contracts for performances, arrange travel, and confirm appearances.

Requirements

• Advanced business studies (preferably with a focus on event management, marketing or similar)

• Initial experience in booking, marketing or online editing is an advantage

• Very good communication skills and a structured, results-oriented way of working

• Good analytical thinking skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset, desire to create and conceptual way of working

• Ideally affinity for electronic music (techno, techhouse, house)
