About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Booking Agent to join our team at INNER CIRCLE AGENCY. As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for scheduling appearances and performances for our artists, negotiating and reviewing contracts, arranging travel, and confirming appearances. Your goal will be to find new markets and clients for our artists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appearances and performances for our artists
  • Negotiate and review contracts for performances
  • Arrange travel and confirm appearances
  • Search for new markets and clients for our artists
Requirements
  • Advanced business studies (preferably with a focus on event management, marketing, or similar)
  • Initial experience in booking, marketing, or online editing is an advantage
  • Very good communication skills and a structured, results-oriented way of working
  • Good analytical thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, desire to create and conceptual way of working
  • Ideal affinity for electronic music (techno, techhouse, house)
