Damit unser Team weiter wachsen kann, suchen wir dich als Vacation Manager*in, eine Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum in einem dynamischen, schnell wachsenden Start-Up. Du wirst eines der ersten Teammitglieder bei Vayora sein und damit die Chance haben, aktiv an Aufbau, Prozessen und Kultur mitzuwirken. Aufgaben Reisen gemeinsam mit Creator*innen & Partner*innen entwickeln und umsetzen Betreuung der Creator*innen während des gesamten Reiseprozesses Koordination von Aktivitäten und logistischen Abläufen, Absprache mit Hotels Projektmanagement von der ersten Idee bis zur Durchführung Bedienung und Pflege unserer Webtools (bspw. Webflow, Bookinglayer) Optional: Begleitung von einer Vayora-Reise pro Jahr als persönliche On-Site-Betreuung Qualifikation Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau & sehr gutes Englisch Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder höher, wünschenswert in den Bereichen Tourismus-, Event- oder Hospitality Management) Kommunikationsstark, zuverlässig, teamorientiert Sehr gute Organisations- und Planungskompetenzen Begeisterung für Social Media, Reisen und Community-Projekte Von Vorteil: Eigene Reiseerfahrung und Organisationserfahrung im Bereich Reisen (z. B. Work & Travel, Gruppenreisen, Events) Berufliche Vorerfahrungen in der Reise-, Event- oder Hospitality-Branche Flexibilität und Lernbereitschaft im Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B.
